Refund and Return Policy

At DG Buddy (Dongguan Baidi Hardware Products Co., Ltd.), we want you to be completely satisfied with our custom handbag hardware accessories and metal components. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please note that custom or bespoke manufactured orders (such as customized metal logos, special dimensions, or customized finishes like Rainbow, Gunmetal, Antique Brass, Light Gold, Rose Gold, or Nickel) are tailored specifically to your specifications and may be subject to unique return conditions; please contact us first before initiating a return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually within 3 to 5 business days), depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is a result of our manufacturing defect or packing error.

4. Free Samples and Evaluation

We provide free physical samples for prospective international buyers to evaluate quality before placing bulk production orders. Sample shipping terms and logistics are agreed upon prior to dispatch.
