Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming a valued customer from Africa to our factory for an on-site product inspection. This customer has been engaged in the apparel and bag business for many years, frequently traveling between Africa and China to source products and seek long-term suppliers. Since our first collaboration in 2023, he has consistently placed repeat orders and expressed strong confidence in our product quality and service.

This time, the customer placed another order for bag hardware including bottom studs, metal chains, and dog hooks. Despite a tight schedule, he made time in the evening to visit our factory for a detailed inspection. We cooperated fully throughout the process—reviewing everything from production procedures to product details—to ensure every item met his high standards.

The customer was very satisfied with the results and expressed great expectations for even deeper cooperation in the future.
