The colored areas of a logo plate are filled three main ways, and each changes the feel and the price. Soft enamel stays slightly recessed and textured. Hard enamel is ground flat and glass-smooth. Custom samples take 5–7 days, which covers mold work or any customization such as a new finish or a modified pin layout. Stock samples are usually ready within 1–3 days. Courier charges are borne by the customer, and we confirm the shipping cost before sending.
Free stock samples are available for standard designs. Custom samples require a sampling fee because they involve mold work or special finishing, and that fee is fully deductible from your bulk order. So the sample cost effectively disappears once you move to production.
Production takes 10–15 days, and delivery takes 10–15 days, depending on order size, finish and destination. Lead times are quoted per order, and we keep to the schedule we confirm. If you have a launch date, tell us early so we can plan the production slot.
Yes. Send a PMS reference or a physical color chip and we will match the enamel fill and the plating to it. We confirm the color on a physical sample before mass production, because screen colors shift and a printed reference is more reliable. This avoids a costly mismatch later.
We maintain quality certification documentation and are happy to provide the current valid certificates upon request during your sourcing evaluation. Certification details are best shared with confirmed samples or at the quotation stage, so we keep them accurate for your compliance review.
If your logo is already tooled or uses one of our standard shapes, we can often work from that directly. Otherwise a custom mold is required, and we will quote the tooling separately from the piece price. We review your logo file first to confirm it will cast cleanly.
Standard packaging is pearl foam, OPP bags and export cartons, which protects plated surfaces during shipping. Customized packaging is available if your retail channel needs hang tags, barcodes or retail-ready boxes. Tell us your retail plan and we will match the packaging to it.
